Our Turkeys

We have 20 years experience of rearing free range bronze turkeys on our family farm and our turkeys have an excellent reputation for being a great centrepiece for a fantastic Christmas..

Our turkeys are:
– A traditional breed that grows slowly
– Free range with daily access to fresh pasture and a small orchard.

– Spoilt with marrows, squashes, apples (their favourite!), sunflower heads and herbs.
– Processed on farm in our dedicated facilities with the upmost care and attention.
– Dry plucked by hand.
– Hung long legged in a chiller for 7 days to allow the birds natural flavours to mature and come through when cooked.

Enjoying home grown veg

– Supplied fresh, oven ready and wrapped in greaseproof paper with their giblets in a separate bag.
They are available for collection from Springfield farm near Canterbury.
